🚚 Berapa lama waktu pengiriman?
Waktu pengiriman biasanya 30-60 menit, tergantung pada:
  • Jarak antara restoran dan lokasi Anda
  • Waktu persiapan makanan oleh restoran
  • Ketersediaan driver
  • Kondisi lalu lintas
Anda dapat melacak pesanan secara real-time di aplikasi.
❌ Bagaimana cara membatalkan pesanan?
Pembatalan hanya dapat dilakukan sebelum restoran mengonfirmasi pesanan. Setelah restoran mulai mempersiapkan makanan, pesanan tidak dapat dibatalkan. Untuk pembatalan darurat, silakan hubungi tim dukungan kami.
🔄 Bagaimana kebijakan pengembalian dana?
Pengembalian dana akan diproses jika:
  • Restoran membatalkan pesanan Anda
  • Pesanan tidak dapat dikirim karena kendala teknis
  • Terjadi kesalahan pada sistem pembayaran
Dana akan dikembalikan ke metode pembayaran asli dalam 3-7 hari kerja.

Untuk Pemilik Restoran

🏪 Bagaimana cara mendaftarkan restoran saya?
1. Download aplikasi antaGO
2. Daftar sebagai "Pemilik Restoran"
3. Lengkapi informasi restoran (nama, alamat, kontak, jam operasional)
4. Unggah foto restoran dan menu
5. Tunggu verifikasi dari admin antaGO (1-2 hari kerja)
6. Setelah disetujui, restoran Anda akan muncul di aplikasi!
💰 Berapa biaya yang dikenakan untuk restoran?
antaGO mengenakan komisi dari setiap pesanan yang berhasil. Detail biaya akan dijelaskan saat pendaftaran. Kami menawarkan struktur biaya yang kompetitif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis Anda.
💳 Bagaimana cara menarik dana (withdrawal)?
1. Pastikan Anda telah menambahkan informasi rekening bank di aplikasi (maksimal 3 rekening)
2. Buka menu "Dompet" di aplikasi
3. Klik "Tarik Dana"
4. Pilih rekening tujuan dan masukkan jumlah
5. Dana akan diproses dalam 1-3 hari kerja
Minimum penarikan: Rp 50.000

Untuk Driver

🚗 Bagaimana cara menjadi driver antaGO?
1. Download aplikasi antaGO
2. Daftar sebagai "Driver"
3. Lengkapi data diri di aplikasi
4. Hubungi kantor kami dan bawa dokumen asli:
  • KTP (wajib)
  • SIM C (untuk motor) / SIM A (untuk mobil)
  • STNK kendaraan
5. Tim kami akan memverifikasi dokumen Anda di tempat
6. Setelah disetujui, Anda dapat mulai menerima pesanan!
💵 Bagaimana sistem pembayaran untuk driver?
Driver mendapatkan 70% dari biaya pengiriman setiap pesanan. Penghasilan akan masuk ke dompet digital Anda di aplikasi dan dapat ditarik kapan saja (minimum Rp 50.000).

Catatan Penting: Untuk pesanan yang dikirim manual oleh admin (karena restoran tidak merespons), driver akan menerima:
  • Total harga makanan (untuk membayar restoran secara tunai)
  • 70% dari biaya pengiriman sebagai penghasilan
Dana akan dikembalikan setelah pesanan selesai diantar.
⚠️ Apa yang harus dilakukan jika ada masalah saat pengiriman?
Jika terjadi masalah (customer tidak bisa dihubungi, alamat salah, dll):
  1. Hubungi customer melalui tombol "Call" di aplikasi
  2. Jika customer tidak merespons, hubungi tim dukungan antaGO
  3. Jangan tinggalkan pesanan tanpa konfirmasi

Masalah Teknis

🔐 Saya lupa password, bagaimana cara reset?
antaGO menggunakan login dengan Google, jadi Anda tidak perlu mengingat password terpisah. Cukup login dengan akun Google Anda. Jika Anda lupa password Google, ikuti prosedur pemulihan akun Google.
📱 Aplikasi saya tidak bisa dibuka / error
Coba langkah-langkah berikut:
  1. Tutup dan buka kembali aplikasi
  2. Periksa koneksi internet Anda
  3. Update aplikasi ke versi terbaru
  4. Restart perangkat Anda
  5. Hapus cache aplikasi di pengaturan

We accept various payment methods through Xendit, including:

🚚 How long does delivery take?

❌ How do I cancel an order?

Refunds will be processed if:
  • Restaurant cancels your order
  • Order cannot be delivered due to technical issues
  • Payment system error occurs
Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

For Restaurant Owners

🏪 How do I register my restaurant?
1. Download the antaGO app
2. Register as "Restaurant Owner"
3. Complete restaurant information (name, address, contact, operating hours)
4. Upload restaurant and menu photos
5. Wait for verification from antaGO admin (1-2 business days)
6. Once approved, your restaurant will appear in the app!
💰 What fees are charged to restaurants?
antaGO charges a commission from each successful order. Fee details will be explained during registration. We offer a competitive fee structure to support your business growth.
💳 How do I withdraw funds?
1. Make sure you've added bank account information in the app (maximum 3 accounts)
2. Open "Wallet" menu in the app
3. Click "Withdraw"
4. Select destination account and enter amount
5. Funds will be processed within 1-3 business days
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000

For Drivers

🚗 How do I become an antaGO driver?
1. Download the antaGO app
2. Register as "Driver"
3. Complete your personal information in the app
4. Contact our office and bring original documents:
  • ID Card (required)
  • Driver's License C (motorcycle) / A (car)
  • Vehicle registration
5. Our team will verify your documents on-site
6. Once approved, you can start accepting orders!
💵 How does the payment system work for drivers?
Drivers receive 70% of the delivery fee for each order. Earnings will be added to your digital wallet in the app and can be withdrawn anytime (minimum Rp 50,000).

Important Note: For orders manually sent by admin (because restaurant didn't respond), drivers will receive:
  • Total food price (to pay restaurant in cash)
  • 70% of delivery fee as earnings
Funds will be reimbursed after delivery is completed.
⚠️ What should I do if there's a problem during delivery?
If issues occur (customer unreachable, wrong address, etc):
  1. Contact customer via "Call" button in app
  2. If customer doesn't respond, contact antaGO support team
  3. Don't leave order without confirmation

Technical Issues

🔐 I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
antaGO uses Google login, so you don't need to remember a separate password. Just login with your Google account. If you forgot your Google password, follow Google account recovery procedures.
📱 My app won't open / error
Try these steps:
  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update app to latest version
  4. Restart your device
  5. Clear app cache in settings

💳 My payment was successful but order didn't go through
Don't worry! Please:
  1. Check "Order History" page in the app
  2. Wait 5-10 minutes for system synchronization
